A pretty average blog by a pretty average guy who really, really loves nachos.

Like many of the best things in life, nachos are:

• Hearty
• Shareable
• Cheesy

This also gives me an excuse to why I always order nachos when going out to eat.

Whether you had a good day, a bad day or a weird day where someone told you about how their second cousin doesn’t show up to family dinners ever since her YouTube video went viral and the fame went to her head, a good plate of ‘chos with full-fat sour cream will always be that strong, stabilizing presence in your life.

Other stabilizing presences include, but are not limited to:

• hugs from a grandmother,
• face licks from a dog,
• flattening empty egg cartons by using your fist to smash or foot to stomp,
• yelling “Kobe!” when putting up long-range jumpers into the trash,
• watching “The Office”,
• walk off home runs, and
• getting all the necessary pieces to build your IKEA furniture.
